Miss Laurel Ruth Ouimette (soon to be Bailey) is 27 today, a very good year indeed :)
These cupcakes were so fun to make, they're actually low-fat, low-carb, low-calorie carrot cake (and surprisingly yummy!). The picture makes the frosting look kind of gross, but it's actually pearlescent pink - very girly glittery! I'd love to get into baking and cake decorating, someday...
